Return & Exchange Policy

At Southall we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated, high-quality goods that reflect the elegance and comfort of your stay with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. 

 

 Eligible Returns

 To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

 

 Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene and quality assurance, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

 

  • Bath and spa products (e.g. soaps, lotions)
  • Perishables or food items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards

 

 Refunds

 Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We are happy to offer exchange per order, subject to availability.
